Review: Ology Essentials 'She' Hemp CBD Bath Bomb + Spiritual Cleansing Ritual

After a long day of work when I’m experiencing a lack of creativity and inspiration I will often take a bath, or spiritual cleanse to help alleviate any stress or anxiety I may currently be experiencing.

In addition to essential oils the She CBD bath bomb also has my favorite skin nourishing body butters shea and cocoa as ingredients. Once I finished unwrapping the bath bomb from its packaging I gently placed it in the bath water. Immediately, the bath bomb began to fizz and work its magic. By now steam has completely filled the bathroom and my mirror’s reflection is no longer visible.

I add about 2 cups of epsom salt to my bath water to help ease tension and eliminate toxins. I also add a couple drops of Ology Essentials She essential oil blend directly into my bath water for an even more aromatic experience. The warmth of my bath water combined with the delicate aroma of the She essential oil blend creates a blissful environment perfect for me to heal and restore. I finally step into the bath and slowly immerse myself fully into the lush, fragrant waters. While I soak I play music and meditate. After about 20 minutes I began to feel much more relaxed and was able to focus on my breathing thanks to the terpenes found in the She essential oil blend and CBD bath bomb.

Linalool, a cannabis terpene that is also found in plants lavender and ylang ylang is known to help reduce stress and anxiety. Studies also show that linalool works as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic. While essential oil ylang ylang is said to help control emotions and breathing.

After soaking for over an hour I felt rejuvenated. Unlike other bath bombs I’ve used the She bath bomb is 100% essential, free of harsh dyes and chemicals. After I got out of the bath I was surprised to notice that my skin didn’t feel dry either.
